According to a new study published by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS), rearview cameras are safer when used on their own. The study showed that drivers were provided with no more safety protection through the use of parking sensors than using just their mirrors. When they had both sensors and cameras, the result was actually more dangerous.

Volkswagen have recently announced a number of changes that will be made to the new Volkswagen Polo line up. Several of the range topping models in the SEL, Blue GT, and GTI models will have a number of standard fixtures and fittings added onto them.
