Why should you buy Tyre Insurance?

When you negotiate the purchase of your new car from a motor dealer, you may be offered several other accessories or products.

Tyre Insurance

More products are on offer at the point of sale than ever before. Paint protectionMOT cover,  service plans, tyre insurance, gap insurance, and smart care are all part of the modern-day armoury of a car sales executive, and each deserves valid consideration.

Why should you prioritise buying a form of tyre insurance?

Tyre insurance can provide financial cover if your vehicle tyres are damaged or vandalised during the period of cover. It will protect you against accidental as well as malicious damage. However, if malicious damage occurs, you must report it to the police and be able to quote a verified crime reference number.

When you consider the price of tyres, it makes sense to avoid replacement costs. Quite often, a good tyre insurance product is equivalent to the cost of one tyre over three years, which we think is good value for money.
