Are they the same as Gap Insurance 123?
Yes and No. If you contact the customer service team to change address, registration or even transfer your policy, you will be speaking to the same team members whether you have a Gap Insurance 123 policy, Shortfall policy or even a Total Loss Gap policy. All of which will have a different dedicated claims team.
