Alfa Romeo to challenge BMW-Ford Focus RS-Toyota 'RND'

Ford have teased their brand new Focus RS model which is all set to go on sale this year. The car is expected to be a big draw for the American brand this year and today we have some news on the car and a release date for the vehicle to go along with it. We have seen the motor testing covered in disguise before but now the firm have also released a teaser video to go along with the news which shows the vehicle drifting around a track. Ford are yet to reveal specifications and performance rates for the car but one can expect power to come in at around the 350bhp area if not more. Considering the model in the video is a full on production version, we can expect the car to make an appearance in Geneva this year before going on sale late on into the course of 2015. A cost of around £30,000 is expected to come along with the car.

Toyota tease the new 'RND' model

There is some mystery surrounding Toyota right now as they released a teaser image of what is believed to be a new concept vehicle from the brand called the 'RND'. The brand have stated that they will unveil the car in full and it could change the future of vehicles forever when it is shown next Monday. The concept is said to be production ready right now but the only image revealed shows the tail light design at the back end of the car. The Japanese company have said that it will be a car that goes beyond their own usual range so our guessing is that it is an entirely new vehicle altogether. As soon as we have more information on the 'RND' we will keep you updated with the exciting news from Toyota.

A new Alfa Romeo Sedan to be revealed

Alfa Romeo have made their intentions clear with the revealing of a new Sedan model from the Italian's set to be displayed in June. They have also commented that they would like to bring the fight back to the BMW brand which is something they have not done in a while. This all new Sedan model could be the vehicle to do it and it is the car that Alfa are hoping will carry them strongly into the American market in which they stopped selling vehicles for a number of years. There are reports that the car could be another addition to their Giulia range but Sergio Marchionne the CEO of Alfa Romeo has not yet commented on whether this is to be the case. The only thing that has been confirmed for the car so far is that it will be joined on the road along side a more powerful version of itself much in a similar way BMW do with their M vehicles. The new Sedan will be revealed on the 24th of June.
