New Hyundai i30 orders open up this week

Hyundai have announced that the order books for their new i30 range will officially open up from this coming Friday before arriving in dealerships from next month. Hyundai announced that the new range would be receiving a vast number of different options when the car was revealed in December 2014 but it was not until this week that we knew the true extent of the new offerings that would be put on sale with the new i30 range. Hyundai announced three trim levels for the car with the addition of a new turbo model also coming in at the other end of the spectrum. If you are wondering what the new features of the range are then need not worry as we have all of the information that you could possibly need right here in our latest blog post.

New trim levels and equipment announced for the new i30

So as we mentioned earlier, there are a choice of three trim levels to choose from for the brand new model which includes the entry level range 'S' models. Moving on up and we see the 'SE' followed by the top range 'SE Nav'. Both three and five door turbo versions of the i30 have also been confirmed. As far as the equipment offered with an entry level model is concerned, you can expect to find the likes of both USB and Bluetooth connectivity,a keyless entry system and remote controls located on the steering wheel. 'SE' models add in the likes of a leather steering wheel, parking sensors, automatic cruise control and a set of sixteen inch alloy wheels. Things start to heat up when we look into the 'SE Nav' model which sees some wonderful equipment included which include some of our personal favourites such as automatic headlights,LED lighting,a dual zone climate control system,a heated steering wheel which remains wrapped in leather and the alloy wheels have also grown an inch in size now measuring seventeen inches. Changes made to the bodywork include a redesigned hexagonal grille, new alloy wheel designs and two new colour options which consist of White and Black but these are only available on the turbo model which is packing a 1.6 turbocharged engine and adds in some sporty specs such as sports seating and a sport suspension system aswell as a satellite navigation system.

How much do i30 prices kick off from?

£15,195 is the opening price range for entry level 'S' i30 models. We will then see this price climb upwards to £16,495 for the 'SE'. The 'SE Nav' is available from a figure of £20,295. Orders can be placed for the new model which will look to rival the likes of the Ford Focus and the Volkswagen Golf. We find this interesting as the turbocharged models could look to bring the fight to the new Focus RS aswell as the Golf GTI too aswell as the Kia Ceed GT.  Place your orders from this coming Friday and count down the days to the first set of deliveries in March.
