Volkswagen Release Rock Up and Groove Up

Volkswagen Release Rock Up and Groove Up

Volkswagen have announced the release of all new special edition Up models. Volkswagen have used the clever terms of Rock and Groove as a special edition named models. The Rock Up is the more expensive special edition model with the Groove Up just costing a little less. Both of the models are currently available to order with Volkswagen not stating a limit on how many models have been produced and available.

The Volkswagen Groove Up model will cost somewhere in the region of £11,640 for the standard three door model. The standard Groove model will come with a six-speaker Fender stereo along with a touch screen satellite navigation. The influence of the cool and slimming colour black on the model will be featured throughout. The model will be fitted with bespoke black seats along with a black leather trim on the steering wheel, handbrake and gearstick.

The Volkswagen Rock Up model is priced slightly higher because of what we believe to be a higher level of the standard model. The Rock Up is only available as a 3 door model and will therefore be priced a little higher than the Groove Up due to its lack of room to grow in terms of other models. The Rock Up model will have a different paintwork and feel to the model as it will have a grey stripe running down the middle of the car. The grey strip will look to compliment the gloss black paintwork on the model, as Volkswagen once again look to incorporate the colour black into the Volkswagen range.

Both of the special edition models will be fitted with the three cylinder 1.0 litre engine along with the new five speed manual gearbox. The first delivery of the new Volkswagen models will be in early July of this year. The Volkswagen Up standard models have been a welcome addition to the Volkswagen range of modelswhich currently includes both the Polo and the Golf.
