Skoda SE Business
Skoda have announced plans to target the company car sector in the UK. The Volkswagen owned firm have designed a new trim variant which will be transferred onto the Octavia, Superb and Yeti models.
Skoda will have a number of set fixtures and fittings on the SE range of Business models. The Skoda badged models will be powered by the 1.6 litre and the 2.0 litre engined models and will be fitted with the new stop start technology and low rolling resistance tyres.
The Volkswagen owned firm have recently developed the Octavia hatch and estate models that have an impressive number of figures associated with efficiency and economy. Skoda have announced that they plan on developing a full range of all wheel drive models under the Yeti and Octavia range of models.
The Volkswagen Group have been on the push in terms of sales as they chase the title to become the worlds best selling car manufacturer. The VW Group have a number of brands under the umbrella including the likes of Skoda, Audi and Seat and all three brands will contribute towards the success of the brand this year.
A number of tactics have been deployed by the Volkswagen Group under a number of different brands with the big winners being Audi so far this year. Audi have broke a sales record for the number of models sold during the first quarter of the year.
The latest Skoda development in the form of the SE Business range of models will see a new 60,000 mile warranty on all models and a three year roadside assistance programme involved in the purchase price of all models.
In terms of prices for the latest Business range of models, it is believed that the Skoda Octavia Business SE model model will start at a price of just £19,560.
