Nissan Juke gets added personalisation options

Nissan have introduced a new personalisation programme for the Juke model with new trim, wheels and interior colours.

The company is giving buyers of the Nissan Juke model a chance to explore their inner creativity by expanding it's personalisation programme. There is a total of 11 different exterior elements and four interior, which can also now be customised by the owner, with eight colours to choose from. The elements that can be changed include the side sills, headlamp finishers, alloy wheels, roof spoiler, air vents and centre console.

To help owners to be able to visualise their car before they buy it, Nissan has also launched a configurator online, where customers are able to add and remove trim, as well as letting them play around with different colour combinations before they make their final decision. The programme was actually launched last year initially, though the number of parts that can be switched has now been extended.

Baastien Schupp, who is the Marketing Vice President for Nissan in Europe said that the possibilities with the model are now almost infinite and the company is really looking forward to seeing what exciting looks the customers come up with on the configurator. He went on to say that this gives the Nissan Juke an even more exciting and powerful presence in the crossover section of the car industry and also further reinforces the drive from Nissan to offer customers something a little extra.

This new programme follows a booming trend for colourful customisation in the industry, which is currently led by the Fiat 500, Citroen DS3, Vauxhall Adam and MINI.
