New Special Edition Seat Mii
A special edition Mii supermini from Seat, which has been developed with MANGO, the Spanish fashion label, is on sale right now and comes in at just under £11,000.
You can grab your model right now priced at £10,995 for the three door entry level model and £11,345 for the five door range topping model. The new flagship trim was showcased at the Geneva Motor Show earlier this year and has been developed along with MANGO, it aims to create a new identity for the brand's version of the Skoda Citigo and the Volkswagen up!
As could be expected, given the new catwalk connections of the model, the changes are mainly stylistic. Along with the Mii by MANGO distinctive badging, customers will be able to choose from two exclusive paint schemes, a metallic 'Deep Black' paired to silver wheels, or a 'Nude' finish with dark grey alloys. Contrasting side trim details and door mirrors, along with tinted windows help the model to stand out from the Sport spec current top of the range model, which it is based on.
MANGO has also taken the opportunity to revise the interior of the Mii, adding perforated Alcantara upholstery, as well as unique leather, contrasting stitching and piping and branded door sills, floor mats and key fob.
The new SEAT's standard kit is shared with Sport trim, so the model gets air conditioning, electric windows, remote central locking and the Portable System Live infotainment system which features audio streaming, hands free Bluetooth connectivity and sat nav. As well as this SEAT has made improvements right across the range, as the launch of the MANGO edition also marks the introduction of tyre pressure monitoring, ESC and Hill Hold Control as standard on all of the SEAT Mii trim levels.
The MANGO style pack also offers buyers of the new top specification model an extra piece of exclusivity, which includes front fog lights and a panoramic glass sunroof for £690. They will have to settle for an identical performance however, as power will be coming from the same 74 brake horsepower 1.0 litre three cylinder engine that is currently offered in the SEAT Mii line up.
Exclusively fitted with the SEAT Mii's five speed manual gearbox, the model is good for a 0-62 mile per hour time of 13.2 seconds and 108g of CO2 emissions, along with an mpg of 60.1.
Availability for the model has not been confirmed as of yet, though SEAT expects first deliveries in the United Kingdom to take place this August.
