Jaguar XE in EV form-the Lexus RX debut-the new Alfa Romeo Giulia

We have already heard about some of the brand new cars that will go on display for the first time ever from next months New York Motor Show. Today however we have some even more exciting news coming from the Lexus brand who have announced that they will be debuting their brand new RX model from the big event this year. The brand new RX will come as the companies latest suv addition and here in the United Kingdom it is expected that the car is only going to be made available in an all hybrid form. Engines will be however used for the car in different countries which will pack a V6 sized, 3.5 litre petrol engine. Images of the new suv have been posted online which show the car under disguise but do however reveal new LED lighting technology included this time around for the car. Lexus are yet to give us a price on the new car or a launch date but the high belief is that this new car will become available from Lexus showrooms towards the end of this year. One thing is for sure though and that is, Lexus will be looking to outdo themselves with this new model and are more than likely poised to include some brand new technology features that will help it have that edge over the model that is currently on the road right now.

Is the Jaguar XE set to go electric?

British firm Jaguar could very well be in the midst of developing a brand new version of the XE which will come in an all electric form. The new car was seen for the first time last week testing on public roads in Madrid Spain. Bodywork and structure wise the car seems to be pretty identical to that of the current model in operation but there was one big giveaway for the car and that was the 'E' badge that was spotted at the back end of the vehicle. There is of course some potential that could point towards a hybrid model but for the time being, all electric seems to be the most obvious choice. No more information is known on the car as Jaguar Land Rover are keeping their lips sealed on the brand new EV but as soon as we have some more information on this brand new model we will keep you informed.

Alfa Romeo to launch the new Giulia this Summer

Alfa Romeo will introduce the world to their brand new Giulia addition for the 2015 market from this Summer. The vehicle still remains much a car of mystery for the moment as the brand are keeping a lot to themselves regarding the specifications of the new model. With a launch on the way later this year though, there is a good chance that we could be seeing the car a lot sooner than we expected. The New York Motor Show next month could be a strong candidate but a reveal there remains unconfirmed. Alfa Romeo will look to revive their range on the streets of the UK with this new cars launch in June and right now we know that the company will offer a range of both four and six cylinder engines along with the range in hopes of doing this. For last year, Alfa sold 74,000 vehicles but they have a long term goal in mind of the sales of 400,000 vehicles by the year 2018. This brand new Giulia addition could be just the ticket to achieving this goal.
