Fiat threaten to pull Italian Production

Sergio Marchionne, Boss of Fiat has threatened that he will move the production of future Jeep, Alfa Romeo and Fiat models out of Italy, after a dispute with an Italian trade union.

Fiom, the Metalworkers Union won a legal ruling against the Fiat company, which had refused to allow the Union to represent factory workers in negotiations for more adjustable working conditions. Reports have said that Serio Marchionne had been approving new investments at the same time as each Italian Factory had agreed to new working preperations.

Overall, if there is no deal with the Unions reached in the nearby future, then the 2015 Alfa Giulia and the new Maserati SUV could be built in the United States, with the Jeep and Fiat baby SUV's being produced in Serbia.
