An All New Honda NSX

An All New Honda NSX

Honda have announced the release of an all new Honda NSX super car which will enter the market early 2015. Honda have claimed that a number of UK residents have placed a sizeable deposit of £5,000 on the NSX to become some of the first people to own and drive the NSX in Europe.

The car is still nearly two years away from the release date and yet the interest from the UK in particular has been outstanding. The model is rumoured to have already received as many as 20 deposits which is shocking considering the model has not yet been priced and the final model has not yet been confirmed.

Honda have confirmed that any potential Honda NSX owner can visit the local Honda Dealership and place a deposit on the future model. The model is promised to be powered by a direct injection V6 engine which will be mid mounted. The model will also be assisted by two electric motors.

The electric motors will be used for torque vectoring which will sharpen handling and is part of the new Honda Sport Hybrid system. The new system will be fitted on the NSX model and may even be transferred to the likes of other Honda powered models. Honda may even be contemplating a return to the Formula 1.

The New NSX model first made an appearance back in 2012 at the Detroit Motor Show and has since received a massive amount of interest. The model is being developed in the United States in Los Angeles, California and will be hoping to receive a considerable amount of local interest from the likes of Hollywood stars.

Honda themselves are looking to climb back to the top of the worlds biggest car manufacturer in terms of the number of cars sold having slipped behind the likes of Mercedes and BMW in recent years. The Japanese car manufacturer suffered a huge blow after an Earthquake looked to stem operations and reduce production figures for the company back in 2011.
