It was reported last week that Suzuki had recalled their full new range of Celerio model in Europe. The reason that these vehicles were recalled was due to a fault with the braking system which failed to activate when cars would reach high speeds. Because the car was so new out onto the road, the brand stated that a fix for the models would be on the way soon. The latest word however is that Suzuki will have a fix for this problem over the course of the next few coming weeks. All UK models were recalled due to the fault and drivers are being issued with replacement cars from the company until their new Celerio's problem is resolved. Suzuki issued a statement yesterday that stated the fix for these vehicles is on the way over the course of the next few weeks.
