Renault future designs

Future designs at Renault

The french car manufacturer, Renault, has announced that future car models will not be following trend in terms of design will not be conforming to similar designs in the car market.

It has therefore been concluded that future models could be built alongside the same styling platform as the latest Clio and Captur models. The Renault Espace model is due to be re designed and due to enter the market in the next 12 months and it is thought that the Espace model will be taking on the look of the Captur.

The Renault brand has struggled in terms of sales over the past number of months as the budget brand at the French manufacturer looks to keep increasing market share. The Dacia brand who are owned and operated by Renault have been increasing market share and sales in some of the best selling markets in the world.

In the UK alone the French owned budget brand has sold over 10,000 models in the first 12 months of being in the market. The UK Car Market has completed its 24 successive increase in sales last month with the Dacia brand being one of the stand out brands.

One trend that Renault will be following will be the trend of reducing the running costs on models. Manufacturers who have been doing well in Europe of late seem to be those who have reduced the running costs.

The US manufacturer Ford have incorporated a new 1.0 litre EcoSport engine which has meant that the model will be road tax free and significantly reduces the risk and therefore insurance premiums will be lower than ever.

The Renault Clio has long been in a battle with the likes of the Ford Fiesta and the Ford and the brand will be looking forward to going up against the US manufacturer at the top of the charts once again.
