Range Rover Evoque updates for 2015

Land Rover have announced that they are all set to update their current Range Rover Evoque model for the 2015 year with some brand new changes that will be included in order to make the model fresher than ever before. Land Rover have added a brand new engine into the mix and have also decided to add some brand new features to the bodywork of the car. The Evoque has been one of the best selling SUV models on the market for a number of years now and still to this day the vehicle is something special. Production of the very first model began in 2011 and now four years later the car is looking better than ever.

How does the Range Rover Evoque benefit from these new changes?

So regarding some of the brand new changes that have been brought into play for the Evoque, we would first like to begin with the new engine that has been announced for the model. We see that now the car is neatly equipped with Jaguar's new Ingenium engine range. The unit will come in the form of a diesel and will carry a capacity of two litres in total. Now regarding the changes that have been added to the bodywork design, we can see additions of full LED headlights for the very first time on the Evoque aswell as the adding of daytime running lights. LED's are also now used for the brake light too. A new mesh material now also covers the front grille and there are multiple alloy wheel options now available to choose from for the updated model.

Does the updated model open doors for new rivals?

As we all know, the Evoque has been one of the strongest challengers on the road for the past number of years and we have seen it go head to head with some of the biggest and brightest on the road including the X5 from BMW and of course the Audi Q3. With this host of brand new changes coming into play for the 2015 year, we could very well see the vehicle contend with other models such as the new Q7 on the way from Audi. In our opinion, the Range Rover Evoque is one of the best value vehicles that money can buy and with the model feeling refreshed for the new year, we think it will securely remain at the top of its game.
