Nissan Juke Acenta

Nissan Juke to arrive in June

When the face lifted Nissan Juke arrives this June in showrooms, it will have a starting price of £13,420.

Allegedly, due to customer feedback a thorough overhaul has taken place and the manufacturer is calling the compact crossover the 'New Juke' in order to reflect this. Changes to the model include updated design and technology, there are more options for personalisation too as well as a revised line up of engines.

As with the version before it's face lifted, there will be four trim levels available with the model, though the new Acenta Premium Spec has replaced the mid range n-tec.

Although extensive changes have been made, the Juke in Visia trim has only had a price increase of £225 over the 2010 entry level model. Standard kit includes air conditioning, 16 inch alloy, front and rear electric windows, tyre pressure monitoring, daytime running lights and an MP3 Aux Connectivity CD system.

If customers opt for the Acenta, then they will get larger Sport alloys at 17 inch, along with USB and Bluetooth connectivity, tinted windows, climate control and steering mounted controls. The brand new Acenta Premium specification comes with the next generation infotainment system from Nissan, which includes smartphone connectivity, satellite navigation and online apps. Whilst in terms of practicality and safety, there is a colour reversing camera to provide a little extra peace of mind.

There are also styling benefits as well, thanks to the premium seat fabric and black headliner, along with choices of trims and finishes available as a free option as part of Nissan's Design Studio Personalised Interior package.

For people who want to add a little power, then you can get further upgrades by selecting the Acenta Premium with the X bhp petrol DIG-T engine, with a starting price of £18,020, such as electric folding and heated door mirrors, push button ignition, 18 inch alloy wheels and the keyless go system from the company.

The Tekna is the range topper and is all about convenience as well as luxury, with premium heated seats, rain sensing wipers and automatic headlights. It also has the Safety Shield from the company fitted as standard, this has been designed in order to assist motorists by providing blind spot warnings along with lane departure and advanced moving object detection.

As a £400 option, the safety package can be fitted to the Acenta Premium models and both of the top end trim levels can be customised with an open air sunroof at £750 and two exterior design packages that cost between £170 and £520.
