Mitsubishi are now offering an optional engine choice for their Outlander Sport model for the 2015 year. The vehicle is known as the ASX on the European market but this new engine for the time being is only offered with US versions of the car. The engine will carry 2.4 litres and will therefore produce 168brake horse power. There is no word for the moment as to whether the engine will carry over to European versions of the car. The engine is offered across two trim levels which include ES and GT trim levels. Each different trim level will however offer more features compared to that of the standard entry level vehicle too. LED indicators, new roof rails and Black bumpers are now offered with the ES. GT models get real time traffic updates,a seven inch HD touch screen and leather seats. There is a good chance that these new updates could carry over to European models but we are awaiting more confirmation on this.
Seat have announced a new sports performance package which is made available with their Leon Cupra model. The brand are referring to it as the 'sub 8' performance pack.
