Well done Volvo as they have just been ranked 5th and therefore the highest car brand in a recent ICS report.
The Institute of Customer service ( ICS ) has just completed its bi-annual customer service reports and ranked Volvo as the fifth highest ranking UK company.
Volvo achieved this record braking ranking with a fantastic 88.2 out of 100 and came very close to knocking John Lewis out of the fourth position who scored just 0.3 % more.
There was only one other car brand within the top ten and this was Skoda would was ranked 10th with a still outstanding 86.5%
It is now surprise that car companies put customer service as one of their top priorities as during a recent survey showed that companies who have a high satisfaction rate also have a high percentage of repeat and recommended customers. In fact 31% of customers recently rated levels of customer service much more important than price. This backs up other Volvo backed studies in which customers said that they would rather travel further for better levels of service.
The top three ranking companies were ASOS with 91.6, Amazon with 90.6, and First Direct with 89.
So why not let us know what you think would you pay more for better levels of service, do you think that car manufactures put too much or too little emphasis of customer service?
