GapInsurance123 reviewed as Gold seal standard by eKomi


We understand that reviews, testimonials and comparisons are an important consideration to use a particular company or product. At GapInsurance123 we were one of the first to collect customer feedback and and ratings immediately following the purchase of a policy. Whilst it is nice to see a customer feeling that they have received a '5 Star' service, it also provides us with valuable feedback on areas that customers may have struggled with on our system, or to understand policy features etc. This enables us to tweak our websites where necessary, and make our processes and policies easier for all. 

We have found that asking for feedback immediately after the policy purchase sees a high number of customers willing to provide us with their views. Unlike some of our rivals, we do not provide any financial incentive for customers to leave is feedback, as we feel this may influence some to simply leave a positive review as they get a financial reward.

The ability to gather immediate feedback does not come without some issues though.

Firstly the system is only available just after you complete your policy purchase. It does not necessarily allow a customer to provide feedback regarding the delivery of their documents, or allow for considered reflection on the policy terms. The second issue is that the system can be abused. We have found that some 'false' feedback scores can be left on these systems, in one particular case from a rival competitor pertaining to be a customer!

With all this in mind we scoured the market for a further customer feedback systems, that we can ensure only genuine customer ratings can be given, and recognised as a trusted system.

We have engaged the services of eKomi for this purpose. They are a Google accredited partner, who send out feedback forms to customers who have bought a policy from GapInsurance123. The customer then can provide a score of 1 to 5 Stars, and a comment on the service they received. As eKomi are recognised as an expert in this field, you may see the cumulative 'Star Rating' for GapInsurance123 in the Internet listings on the likes of Google, Yahoo and Bing.

We are pleased to announce that GapInsurance123 has attained the highest Gold seal award from eKomi from feedback from our customers, with a current rating of 4.8 our of 5 Stars on average. We hope this gives you a valuable insight into GapInsurance123, our policies and our processes.
