We have found that asking for feedback immediately after the policy purchase sees a high number of customers willing to provide us with their views. Unlike some of our rivals, we do not provide any financial incentive for customers to leave is feedback, as we feel this may influence some to simply leave a positive review as they get a financial reward.
The ability to gather immediate feedback does not come without some issues though.
Firstly the system is only available just after you complete your policy purchase. It does not necessarily allow a customer to provide feedback regarding the delivery of their documents, or allow for considered reflection on the policy terms. The second issue is that the system can be abused. We have found that some 'false' feedback scores can be left on these systems, in one particular case from a rival competitor pertaining to be a customer!
With all this in mind we scoured the market for a further customer feedback systems, that we can ensure only genuine customer ratings can be given, and recognised as a trusted system.
