The BMW X5 M50D not the car many where hoping for ?

In some past vehicle launch news today, we take a look back at the X5 M50D model from the mass manufacturer BMW which comes your way in the form of an SUV. The car was officially debuted all around the world last year and has proven to be a favorite car for many whilst others have a few nagging complaints on the model. For some the vehicle's steering is reported to be not that great whilst some are having nagging issues with the vehicles size and weight. Many though look past these faults with the car and do like the car overall. What is it then that has gone into this X5 model during its time on the production line to make it stand out amongst the rest ?.

Everything you need to know about the BMW X5

So with that being said what makes this X5 model stand out amongst the rest and even from similar vehicles from rival brands such as the likes of Nissan with the Qashqai and and Range Rover with the Evoque ?. Well firstly with a look at the engine and performance rates, we see the inclusion of a,3.0 litre, six cylinder, turbo diesel engine that overall produces power of 375 brake horse power and will therefore reach top speeds all round of 155 miles per hour. With that being said we see this vehicle make the dash from 0 to 60 miles per hour in a time of just 5.3 seconds. This BMW machine comes as a four wheel drive variant and also sees the welcome induction of an eight speed, automatic transmission system.

Its not just the engine and performance rates though that caught our attention with this brand new BMW machine, we also see some added pieces of equipment that come along with the model to make it stand out and we see these features come in the form of,19 inch alloy wheels, sport seating, parking sensors and a climate control system also comes thrown in as part of the package too.

How much will the BMW X5 set you back ?

We are pleased to inform you that, you can own a new BMW X5 for a purchase price of £63,715 and you can buy this brand new SUV model right now from showroom's all around the UK and other parts of the world too.
