The New Nissan GT-R Nismo
Nissan have promised the fastest ever GT-R model yet, as the Japanese brand looks to team up once again with their performance arm Nismo. The Nismo brand acts in exactly the same way AMG act for the Mercedes Benz brand.
Nismo along with Nissan have looked to develop the current GT-R model and transform it into the fastest ever GT-R model yet. The Nissan Skyline and GT-R models have been made famous by street racing films and computer games a like which seem to highlight the models as being the fastest and most realistic car models out there.
The New collaboration with Nismo is set to be the indicator of things to come between the two brands. 2013 has already seen the collaboration with Nismo in an attempt to once again increase the sales of the Nissan Juke model. The new Nissan GT-R Nismo is set to unveiled at the Tokyo Motor Show later on this year and is set to receive all the attention.
We at Gap Insurance 123 focused on a number of models at the recent New York Motor Show and for this years Tokyo Motor Show nothing will differ. We highlighted the new Range Rover Sport model at the Manhattan spectacle and this time round we will aim to focus on the Nissan GT-R model.
Nismo have looked to involve themselves as much as possible in the development of this latest model as they have even looked to influence the styling of the model. The image and appeal seems to have changed somewhat with the model focusing on achieving the down force necessary rather than focusing on looking pretty. Nissan along with Nismo are aiming to break the production car record at the Nurbugring with the latest GT-R model and testing for the model has already began.
