The New Alfa Romeo 4C

The New Alfa Romeo 4C

The new Alfa Romeo 4C model is believed to be a rival for that of a super car whilst remaining in the sports car market. The new Alfa model is an attempt by Fiat of expanding the Alfa Romeo range to attract the interest in growing economies such as the US.

The Fiat brand has openly decided to expand the range of models at the Alfa Romeo brand as a way of developing the wide range of dealership network in the US. The US car market is one of the strongest in the world and the fact that Fiat struggled with sales in Europe has led them towards targeting the US in terms of the range of models produced.

Fiat currently own the majority shares in the Chrysler Group and therefore have access to the large number of dealership networks within the US. Fiat will plan to use the Jeep, Dodge and Chrysler brand as a way of returning to profitable ways.

The Fiat brand struggled during the year of 2012 due to the economic climate within the European economy and like other brands watched as the demand just disappeared. Fiat seem to depend a considerable amount more than we thought on home grown sales and as the Italian car market began to decrease in sales, so did the Fiat brand.

The new Alfa Romeo 4C model along with the new Giulietta may be the answer to all the problems at Fiat. The Alfa Romeo brand was once one of the most desirable brands to have and Fiat plan to return the Alfa Romeo brand back to the heights that it was once at.

The Alfa Romeo Spider model was once the most desirable model to have and it is thought that the new 4C may once and for all take over the model. The Alfa Romeo 4C is one of only three models currently on sale at the Alfa Romeo brand and that is hopefully about to change. It was thought a number of years ago that the last ever Alfa was being built. However, the brand has had a new lease of life and Fiat will look to return the Alfa Romeo brand back to the top.
