Major investment for Aequitas Automotive Ltd

Aequitas Automotive Ltd is on the move. From late 2015 the new home of GapInsurance123 will be situated in the prestigious Hamilton Square district on the Wirral peninsula. Hamilton Square boasts the most Grade 1 listed buildings in the UK, outside Trafalgar Square in London. Aequitas Automotive Ltd have acquired 56 Hamilton Square, at the heart of this historic centre of the Wirral professional and financial district, and is immediately adjacent to the town hall, registrar and law court complex.

The historic Hamilton Square enjoys views across the famous Liverpool waterfront, and is yards from the famed Woodside Ferry Terminal (just a short 'ferry cross the Mersey' to Liverpool city centre), the district is also surrounded by the multi billion pound Wirral Waters development. The aim of the ambitious project is to make Wirral Waters the Canary Wharf of the North. Now Aequitas Automotive Ltd will own an historic part of that area.


The million pound plus valuation of the new 'Aequitas House' at 56 Hamilton Square represents a significant investment from our company. However, the investment does not stop there. Set in resplendent Victorian style and opulence, the building will also feature new, modern IT facilities including dedicated leased line broadband (around 100 times faster than a typical home fibre optic system) as well as dedicated fire walls for added security. Renewed utilities and sympathetic decoration with period features such as marble Victorian fireplaces, will really set out our new home from the rest.

Upgrades for the development will take place in the coming months, with our complete move expected by the end of the year.
