How to access your documents when you purchase a policy from GAPInsurance123

The GAPInsurance123 website is designed to be easy for our customers to use. Should you set up your policy online or over the phone, the same process to provide you with access to your documents takes place.

Within moments of your payment being processed, our system will send out an automated email confirming the purchase. This email contains some download links for your documentation. You may be asked to provide certain details for security, to access the documents from this link.

You may also have set up an online account. If you did so at the time of purchase, then your documents can be accessed there, also. The link for the login page is here: Account Section

 

What happens if I do not get the automated email?
 

There are a number of reasons why this may happen, but rest assured, our automated system means it has been sent.

 

1. Issues with your email client receiving the documents.

 

By far and away, the most common problem with document access is caused by issues with the customer's email client or service. We live in a world where your inbox is 'spammed' on an hourly basis, and it can be very difficult for your email provider to tell the difference between genuine senders who you are in contact with or just another spam email. In response to this, any email your provider is unsure of can be redirected to a junk or trash folder or blocked out entirely. 

 

We have employed experts to improve the 'deliverability' of our emails, and we have seen a good improvement. However, a number still fall foul of the dreaded email spam filter.

 

In order to receive emails from us consistently, you may need to place us on your email client 'whitelist'.

2. Typographical error with the email address

 

A slight error in the email entered will mean that the automated email will not be sent to the correct email address. We would need to correct that for you.
